Unlike high-pressure washing, which can damage certain roofing materials, medium pressure washing effectively removes dirt, debris, and mildew without compromising the integrity of the roof. 

Our team utilized a safe cleaning solution and ensured that the water pressure was adjusted to an optimal level so we could efficiently remove years of grime from the roofing surface. We meticulously worked our way across the entire span of the roof, hitting every soiled spot. The results were immediate, revealing the roof’s original color and texture.

Prep for Repairs

Once we had the roof clean, our certified partner 1Call Restore repaired the roof membrane and applied a double coat of GAF Topcoat Acrylic Coating coating. This application safeguards the roof against harsh weather conditions, UV damage, and general wear and tear. Working together, we saved the client tens of thousands of dollars by not replacing the roofing membrane and installing a new roof system.
